Equipped with Emerson PLC and Highten touch screen, all the parameter are displayed on the monitor. Pre-set the parameters on the operation panel, it will start work automatically. Equipped with imported frequency inverter for AC motor control, the machine work will be more stable. Equipped with separate electrical control box, which is with input plug terminal, easier to maintain.

Unwinding Section
One unwinding stand is included. The unwinding angle is adjustable on the control panel, and it adopts compact structure for space saving.
Glue Section
One automatic glue-speader is included. It equipped with automatic glue recycle system, stainless steel glue tank for rust avoiding, and both single/double side coating is available.

Forming Section
Equipped with full-lubarication gear box to drive the 2-column former. The forming belt width range is 30-60mm, and it is bearable. The paper enter angle is adjustable. Equipped with imported frequecy inverter motor for the forming running speed control, and it is adjustable.

Cutting Section
Equipped with imported single disc type cutter for the paper core cutter. Equipped with photocell for length precision control, the precision is ± 3mm.
